But too often, we end up waiting. Waiting for someone to train us. Hoping someone will recognize our potential. Searching for the right opportunity.
At HIVE, we don’t wait.
We train people to be independent—by giving them the skills, real-world experience, and network they need to create, build, and contribute on their own terms. And then, we surround them with opportunities to turn that independence into something greater: impactful products, mission-driven companies, and careers designed on their own terms.

Training And Development
The world doesn’t need more people who follow instructions. It needs people who think, create, and lead.
We run two programs designed to make people professionally independent:
HIVE Builder Apprenticeship – For students and recent grads figuring out where they fit in tech. We give them the tools to start building and the experience to learn where they thrive.
HIVE Builder Fellowship – For those ready to take the leap as founders or early team members. We help them navigate product, growth, hiring, and fundraising.

Build in-house Tech Products
We build products that embody our mission—products that address fundamental human needs like connection, safety, and growth.
Our current focus: Kitaabnama, a reading app designed to give every child a personal reading coach.
By building in-house, we create live, working examples of what’s possible—giving our people direct exposure to the entire product-building process.

Product & Design Consulting
The best way to learn? Work on real products, with real users, in real markets.
We partner with companies to provide product and design consulting. This does two things:
Gives our apprentices and fellows hands-on experience working on meaningful projects.
Helps companies build better, more human-centered products.
We’ve worked with:

Incubation
At HIVE, we believe the ultimate test of independence is the ability to create something of your own.
That’s why we don’t stop at training. We incubate and support the next generation of companies built by our fellows.
When they’re ready to launch, we guide them through every stage—fundraising, product development, hiring, and growth—until they can stand on their own.
One of our fellows launched Vaani.ai, a platform helping people practice English conversations. We helped them build, refine, and bring it to market.
HIVE isn’t just creating one company. We’re building an ecosystem of mission-driven founders who, in turn, will create companies that change the world.
About the founder
Devansh is a founder with a background in product, design, finance, and education. After years of struggle to find work that felt meaningful and impactful, he started Human Insight Ventures to bring access to a set of skills that enabled him to find professional independence, and to build products that directly address our deepest human needs.
